How a company currently integrates with its existing software will be considered, as well as their long term needs and budget. A statement of work will be developed and a clear understanding of the deliverables will be determined. This planning phase is the cornerstone of architecting the right solution to meet your business requirements.
The planning phase includes a project kick-off meeting where the LiveCycle project manager and the Client project manager review the Statement of Work, develop and agree on target milestone dates as well as procedures for change management and acceptance testing.
LiveCycle’s team of highly skilled developers and consultants will develop the solution according to the requirements specified in Phase I. At each phase of the development the Client is provided status and proofs, if appropriate, of the documents being created. During the development process questions may come up which are communicated to the Client to get the needed answers.
Whether implemented at your site or remotely, LiveCycle will work with the client to install and configure the software and the specific solutions that have been developed. Extensive testing is done to ensure that the requirements have been met and are in compliance with the Statement of Work. During the implementation phase there is a Knowledge Transfer that takes place to ensure that client personnel understand the software and the TWI solution.
LiveCycle is makes use of the services of Keyline the only Authorised Training Partner for Adobe in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. Keyline provides public training classes in Morningside, Durban. The training is hands-on and provides students the skills they need to understand applications. Keyline can also conduct training at our customer site for groups of people. This training can be tailored to the unique requirements of each customer and is ideal when multiple people need to be trained.
